Shipping policy

We only ship within the UK but sign up for our newsletter to find out when we start shipping globally. 

Delivery charges are weight-based and therefore will depend on your order. You can see the charges as soon as you are on the checkout page.

Once your order has been placed we aim to process them within 2 days, Mon - Fri. Once processed approximate shipping times are:

Standard Shipping Not Tracked: 2-5 business days approx. (weekend excluded)

1st Class Signed For - 1-2 business days approx. (weekend excluded)

TTAT takes no responsibility for duty, customs, and any other charges incurred during the shipping process.

Delays or Lost Orders
For any delays or lost orders within the UK, the Royal Mail will open up an investigation after 10 business days after the due date.
